Returns & Refund Policy – Handmade & Personalised Products
As each item is handmade and personalised to your specific requirements, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or custom-made products unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalised or custom-made products
Items made to your specific design, colour, size or wording request
Please ensure all spellings, dates, sizes and personalisation details are correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for customer input errors.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
Important Information
Items must not be used before reporting an issue.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
